About Bryce Neier
Attorney Bryce Neier has practiced law since 1992, providing a wide variety of legal services for families, military veterans, persons facing religious persecution, and individuals in need of appeals. Bryce Neier is licensed with the North Carolina State Bar and is an active member in the North Carolina Bar Association. In family law, Bryce Neier has proven his effectiveness in child custody and support both locally and internationally, handling international child abduction cases according to the provisions of the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction, coordinating with lawyers in South America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East to ensure the child’s needs are adequately served. Neier also handles divorce, spousal support, and property division. In the area of civil litigation, his office strives to protect his clients’ First Amendment rights, with a particular focus on religious liberty.
A former military professional, Bryce Neier received Presidential and Congressional Nominations to West Point, The United States Military Academy, both in 1979 and 1980. He also earned an Army ROTC Scholarship and, in 1983, completed his B.B.A. in Finance at Stetson University, continuing his military involvement by being commissioned as a Second Lieutenant on graduation day from Stetson University. Stationed in Germany from 1983 to 1988, Bryce Neier served in numerous positions such as platoon leader, executive officer, commander, and battalion adjutant. Involved in NATO war planning, he eventually attained the rank of U.S. Army Captain before receiving an honorable discharge in 1988. In 1992, Neier obtained his Juris Doctor at the Campbell University School of Law in Buies Creek, North Carolina, and represents the needs of clients in the state and abroad to this day. Never forgetting his history of military service, he also serves military families at Pope Air Force Base and Fort Bragg.
